I am making these really cute (non edible cupcakes that you can attach a message to or place a gift card in or even place cash in it - what a great gift these would make for some one when they open them up and get a surprise! These cupcakes look almost edible, especially from a distance - all made out of paper, flowers and ribbon. ENJOY!
